1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and goldph, operating under the domain goldph.cam ("goldph", "we", "us", "our", "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by goldph, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and all related features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the goldph platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of goldph services following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. goldph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use goldph services. This age requirement is in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. goldph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a goldph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

goldph is required by law and regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents and any other documentation reasonably requested by goldph to complete the KYC verification process. Acceptable forms of identification include Philippine driver's license, Philippine passport, national ID, postal ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and particularly withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with goldph. Creating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited. goldph employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and other identifying factors. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances in duplicate accounts.

2.5 Jurisdiction Restrictions

By using goldph, you represent that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are not accessing our services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. goldph is primarily intended for users residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing goldph from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify goldph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. goldph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, and you may be held liable for losses incurred by goldph or other users due to such unauthorized use.

3.2 Account Security Measures

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure. goldph recommends using strong, unique passwords, enabling two-factor authentication where available, keeping your device's operating system and antivirus software up to date, and avoiding accessing your goldph account from public or shared computers. goldph implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

3.3 Account Dormancy

If your goldph account remains inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, goldph reserves the right to classify your account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees or account closure procedures as permitted by applicable law. goldph will make reasonable efforts to contact you before imposing any such measures.

3.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your goldph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. goldph is not responsible for any losses resulting from failure to withdraw your balance before account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and any attempt to create a new account following voluntary closure may be treated as a duplicate account violation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

goldph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and select Philippine bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You agree that all funds deposited to your goldph account are your own, obtained through legal means, and are not proceeds of criminal activity. goldph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect involves fraudulent or illegal activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. goldph aims to process withdrawal requests within five to ten (5-10) minutes for GCash withdrawals and up to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers, though processing times may vary. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. goldph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits that have not been wagered are subject to anti-money laundering requirements. You must wager your deposit at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement does not apply when you have satisfied bonus wagering requirements. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable bonus terms.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

goldph reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests in the following circumstances: incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, investigation of gameplay irregularities, or pending dispute resolution. In cases where withdrawal is delayed, goldph will notify you of the reason and expected resolution timeline.

4.5 Payment Processing Fees

goldph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, bank) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond goldph's control. Any such fees are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

goldph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from twenty (20x) to fifty (50x) times the bonus amount, though specific promotions may vary. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 5.3 Maximum Bet Restrictions

Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of winnings, and potential account termination.

5.5 Promotion Modifications

goldph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding promotion interpretation, goldph's decision is final and binding.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered by goldph use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and verified by independent auditing agencies including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and GLI. These systems ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. 6.4 Irregular Play

If irregular play is detected, goldph may suspend your account pending investigation, void affected bets, confiscate winnings, and terminate your account if violations are confirmed.

6.5 Return to Player (RTP)

Each game displays its theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term average payout rate. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee results for individual playing sessions. Actual results in any given session may vary significantly from the stated RTP due to the inherent randomness and variance of gambling.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination results from your violation of these Terms. If termination is not due to your breach, goldph will return your balance after deducting any applicable fees.

7.3 Investigation Rights

goldph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms. During investigations, we may suspend your account, freeze funds, request additional documentation, review gameplay logs, and take any other reasonable measures to ascertain the facts. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation. Failure to cooperate may result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property and License

8.1 Ownership

All content on the goldph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and source code, is the property of goldph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The goldph name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of goldph. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, goldph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the goldph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the platform or its content; (b) collect or use game odds, descriptions, or listings; (c) make derivative use of the platform or its content; or (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of third parties.

8.3 User Content

If you submit any content to goldph, including profile information, chat messages, or feedback, you grant goldph a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content. You represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights to any content you submit and that such content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

goldph strives to ensure continuous availability of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. goldph is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, provided such interruptions were not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GOLDPH PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GOLDPH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL GOLDPH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GOLDPH IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless goldph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the goldph platform.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of goldph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of goldph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting goldph customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

10.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and goldph regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
